In epochs past did time's veil gentle shroud,

Through Chrono's tale, arise a fate of doom.

Mankind's ilk shadowed 'neath Lavos’s gloom.

Can Time's ill serpents e’er be disallowed?

With comrades true, a motley fest fates bind,

A frog once nobled, magi fallen grace,

Future and past in tangled danced embrace,

Pursuits they forge in zephyrs of the mind.

Oh pendulums that life's clock do prescribe,

With fusion’s might they shatter bounds declared,

Lavos, thy claws upon mankind been dared,

Can valor’s spur foreclose thy wrath's inscribe?

Time's vast expanse does Chrono once traverse,

Heroic hearts in history immerse.
