Heavenly Brie: Verdant Plains of Pâté Divine

Within the verdant plains, where cows do roam,

Ethereal cheese, named Brie, takes hallowed form;

Soft rind and golden hue, like sunbreak morn,

Evoke th'infinity of heaven’s dome.

With flawless texture rich and bite a’minds,

The angels marveled at th’ creation stand;

From milk and cream, as if by Michael’s hand,

Unveils the feast in mortal beggars’ dreams.

Thus bliss embodied by each maven's art,

The wheel of Brie in glory spins apart.
